§ Indoor Ilulli Dining Room & Bar (Reception)

Recommended Itinerary

1:00 pm – Supplier Ingress can begin

3:00 pm – Hotel Guest Check-in Time (Exclusive use of the hotel begins)

4:00 pm – Welcome Drinks begin in the Al Fresco area for non-overnight hotel guest’s arrival

4:30 pm – Canapes begin in the Al Fresco

5:30 pm – Canapes end

7:00 pm – Dinner Reception in the main Dining Room

10:00 pm – Departure for Non-overnight Hotel Guests

11:00 pm – Supplier Egress ends

The following morning:

8:00 am-10:00 am – Breakfast for checked-in guests

11:00 am – Hotel Guest Check-out Time

Outdoor Venues

Guest access to outdoor public zones of the hotel

External Supplier event setups allowed in the following zones:

·Tree Canopy and Al Fresco Bar Spaces (up to 100 pax)

·Lakeside Beach (up to 120 pax seated in rows)

·The Gardens (up to 150 pax)

Note: Indoor spaces are reserved for Hotel Guests ONLY. For those wanting to setup or have an event indoors, this is priced on quotation.
